I ship only to US Mainland through USPS, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Depending on the quantity, Samples are usually shipped in a regular 4 1/8 x 9 1/2 inch envelope, USPS First Class Mail.
All other items are shipped either bubble wrapped in a 4x6 inch envelope or a small box, USPS First Class Mail or Priority. I will let you know at the time of purchase.
First Class Mail can take anywhere from 3-8 days and Priority Mail anywhere from 2-3 days, according to USPS.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of my products for hygienic reasons, I do not give refunds.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me at forget.me.not.minerals @ gmail.com and I will be more than happy to work with you. Mineral makeup is very forgiving and most colour problems are easily resolved. I will try to resolve any issues to the best of my ability. :)
